SEMI-PUBLIC TALK with DAVID HERNANDEZ
We regularly organize semi-public talks with teachers at P.A.R.T.S. It is a way for our students to get a deeper insight in the teacher his/her personal practice, work as a performer, own artistic work, and anything else he/she might be busy with. On Monday, September 30 we had our first talk with David Hernandez.
David has been a long-time teacher at P.A.R.T.S. as well as other institutions around the world. His artistic career started with music, but he soon found his way to dance and worked with artists such as Trisha Brown, Meg Stuart, LaborGras, Brice Leroux, Anouk Van Dijk, Michel Debrulle and many others. Next to his work as a performer, he has been developing his own work with his company David Hernandez + collaborators.
David is currently teaching the daily contemporary technique class to the Training students.
